1. Online Order Returns
All online purchases include a free 5-day return window, beginning on the day the watch is picked up from the designated FedEx location or store.
To qualify for a full refund, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, including all accessories, links, boxes, and documentation.
After the 5-day return window expires, online orders may still be returned; however, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
2. In-Store Purchases
All watches purchased in-store are considered final sale (“buy as-is”).
Returns of in-store purchases are allowed only at our discretion and will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee.
3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, a watch must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage, including:
Scratches or dents
Removed or added links
Opened casebacks or modifications
Missing documentation, tags, or accessories
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these standards.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refund processing times may vary. Processing times vary between 5-10 business days.

All orders are shipped to the nearest FedEx Hold Location based on the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers may request for direct signature delivery but packages valued over $5,000 will not be insured.

3. Pickup Verification Requirements
When collecting your order from the designated FedEx location, you must present:
A valid government-issued photo ID or driver’s license
FedEx will not release the package without proper identification.

Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store (BOPIS) Policy

We offer the ability to purchase products online and pick them up at our retail location (“BOPIS”). By placing a BOPIS order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Order Verification Requirements
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized pickup, all orders must be verified at the time of collection.
Customers (or authorized pickup persons) must present:
Order confirmation email (digital or printed)
A valid government-issued photo ID matching one of the following:
The name on the order
The name of an authorized pickup person designated during checkout
3. Authorized Pickup Persons
If you wish to allow someone else to collect your order:
You must add their full name during checkout or contact customer support before the order is prepared.
They must present their own government-issued ID and the order confirmation email at pickup.
We reserve the right to decline release of merchandise if verification requirements are not met.
4. Pickup Window & Abandoned Orders
