Are Your Watches Real?

Yes, of course. All of our watches come with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. All of our timepieces are inspected by our team and watchmaker before they are sent out in the showroom. If any part of the watch comes back aftermarket after your purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Do You Ship?

Yes! We include FREE, overnight insured shipping to every state in the US. We ship online orders same day if they are paid for through the website. If funds are wired to us directly, we will ship out the watch after funds have cleared. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR ORDERS, WE DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES. Instead, all orders are shipped to the closest FedEx location to the customer’s shipping address for signature pick up. Please bring a valid ID or driver’s license before picking up your new timepiece. The address of the FedEx location and the tracking number are provided to customers via text and email after an order is completed.

Why Do Some Watches Not Have Papers?

We regularly purchase watches from the public and it is normal for some people to not keep the original paperwork for a 50 year old watch when they sell it to us. It is up to our team to ensure that all of our customers are comfortable purchasing from our store and as stated above, we provide a LIFETIME AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE.

Do You Offer Layaway or Financing Options?

We offer financing for watches under $10,000 through Klarna on our website. We do not offer layaway plans.

If I Order Online, Can I Still Pick Up the Watch in Person?

Yes. However, the individual picking up the watch must present the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID or driver’s license. Our team will take a copy of the ID for verification purposes at the time of pickup.

Do You Have a Return Policy?

All online orders include a free 5-day return window, starting from the day the watch is picked up, provided it is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. After this period, a 10% restocking fee will apply. For in-store purchases, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and watches purchased in-store are considered final sale (“buy as-is”).
